Blank banners took place in Nida, Lithuania, in early spring, at a time when we could hear the occasional sound of explosions from the other side of the border. In the news, we learned about military vessels from Scandinavia and Germany being sent to the Baltics and to the Russian border, monitoring the situation and showing presence. I saw a need to show presence, too.
